Custom Itineraries

Shared Memories Travel offers bespoke itineraries created to your interests and preferences. Through conversations, detailed research, and careful consideration of logistics, we curate an itinerary that showcases the best of your chosen destination. We go beyond the popular attractions and will provide options for local experiences to encourage a deeper understanding of the culture.
Your must-see sights and activities will be prioritized to create your schedule along with tips to maximize your vacation time and create lasting memories.

Itinerary planning starts at $50 per destination day.

What To Expect

Generally, we follow this process for planning a new trip with you:

  1. Introduction call to discuss ideas, budget, and any requirements.

    We can start with where ever you are at in the process. This could be as vague as “I want to go on a beach trip this year.” or a post you found on instagram / facebook. It could also be a full list of places and dates you have in mind.

  2. Select the trip location.
    This is second because there may be new ideas that come up during the introduction call.

  3. Book your transportation to the destination. 
    Rental cars, intra-city trains, and driver services can all be booked through us. While we do not book flights*, we can make recommendations based on schedule and prices for you to book independently.

  4. Narrow down hotel options.
    We will provide 3 initial options that align to where you will be going, your preferred amenities (i.e.: breakfast, parking, bathtub, etc.) and fits your budget.

  5. Determine the must do sites & key activities.
    We consider admission & hours, prices, locations and reviews along with your preferences to create personalized recommendations for organizing your schedule to optimize your vacation time.

  6. Finalize decisions & make the bookings.
    You will receive an email to submit your credit card through the secured portal. This will include the details on the aspects being booked for your approval.

  7. Get excited!

*Please note that Shared Memories Travel does not book airfare but can provide flight selection recommendations.
The exception to this disclaimer is Resort + Air vacation packages.
